Dixie holds an interior design degree from the University of Arkansas. Her work has been featured in dozens of local, regional and national design publications including Elle Decor, Luxe, House Beautiful, and Seattle Homes & Lifestyles to name a few. Dixie’s southern approach to design incorporates graceful lines and traditional influences with a contemporary edge. Each of her projects embodies an interesting infusion of color and texture. She thoughtfully curates pieces for her clients while staying true to their personality and needs.

Dixie started her own successful interior design business in Seattle in 2003, leveraging her distinctive career having worked in the furnishings, architectural, and antiques markets. She has worked with local manufacturers to create her own product line while also consulting for other leading local and national manufacturers by providing designs and product reviews.

Dixie is also a founding member of the Seattle Design District Association – a trade organization dedicated to promoting the rich design resources of the region and expanding the design leadership of its membership.
